Neck and Back Pain, No Energy, Fatigue
Treatment tried first: Anti-Depressants
What TLC Chiropractic has done for me: It has increased my energy level. My posture is better. My neck and back pain are now gone.

MV, 30, Scottsdale, AZ

(Getting Adjusted) Helped mine!!! (kids) Got my son through reactive airway with only one breathing treatment. That was when we took him to the E.R. the first time he couldn't breath and turned blue. When he was diagnosed, they told me we were going to have to start the steroids, etc. I went to a naturopathic doctor (Dr. Kale) and a chiropractor (Dr. G and then Dr. Chris) for help. End result...he never had to have another steroid or breathing treatment.

SC, Phoenix, AZ, Patient Since 2003

Total Lifestyle Chiropractic is the FIRST chiropractic office I have ever visited. Perhaps it was the fear of a "snap, crackle, pop" approach - after all I see the commercials on TV. However, something was different about Dr. Sonya. From the very beginning she said, "we want to educate you on wellness from the inside out, we don't want you to keep coming - we want you to learn how to be healthy." The proof is in the pudding. PRIOR to Dr. Sonya and TLC, I was popping Advil Migraine gelcaps and Zantac daily. Little did I know - one was causing the other. Within 30 days of treatment - I stopped taking medication of any sort. I felt amazing - I had energy - I wanted to exercise. Dr. Sonya was more concerned about me "learning" to be healthy than frequent visits to the office. I have learned so much - including the #3 cause of death in the U.S. is prescription medication. So now I work hard to find a healthy natural approach to my medical care. Yes, there will always be crisis care... but until there is a crisis - I will continue to choose wellness. THANK YOU DR. SONYA AND TLC. I have a new life at almost 42!

  • "Sonya and tlc is great. I have always hated chiropractic in the past but they totally turned my views around. They actually care about your total wellness and life. It's a strong community and they always have had the best support staff like Meghan and Nicole etc."
