The Amazing Health Breakdown

Many people are so sick that they couldn't possibly fathom being completely healthy one year from today. They can't imagine being off all of their high blood pressure, pain, cholesterol, and diabetes drugs. They also can't imagine being a healthy ideal weight and living a stress free life with healthy relationships. I'm here to tell you that all is possible for you in just one short year. Here is what you need to do in the next twelve months to have all of those things:

 1. You have to want it. Bad. You need to be willing to make sacrifices to ensure that tomorrow is healthier than today. You need to start eating healthier. You need to start exercising. You need to stop accepting excuses from yourself. 

2. Be aware that a year is just a string of 365 days. If you can make healthier choices today than yesterday, tomorrow than today, etc... then you will achieve a level of health you cannot imagine. Are you going to have slip-ups? You bet! Forgive yourself and move on, nobody is perfect. The goal is a healthier lifestyle this day/week/month than last day/week/month.

3. Get to every workshop we do in our office, and apply as much of what you have learned as possible to your life. Even if you make one healthy change, you are getting healthier! 

4. Listen to the people who have transformed their lives in the way you want your transformed. We have many people here who have come off their high blood pressure, diabetes and many other drugs. We have many people here who have lost weight, even someone who has lost over 100 pounds! Let their stories inspire you!

5. Become a warrior. Bring your friends into your healthy lifestyle by teaching them about the healthy habits you have learned. Drag them to our health talks and courses. Get them check in our office or another Wellness Chiropractor's office. As your health transforms, be a beacon of hope to others!

6. Most importantly, you need to start picturing yourself as the person you wish to become in terms of your health. Instead of saying "I hope i'll heal", start to say "I'm glad i'm healing". Close your eyes and SEE YOURSELF at an ideal weight. If you see yourself as fat or sick or in pain, your unconscious mind will sabotage you to make what you believe you are.

You can have whatever you want in life. When it comes to your health, it's easy. If you want it badly enough, and you can envision yourself begin where you want to go, we will provide everything else you need. All you have to do is plug in.
